In 2009, Chef Tracy found herself in her
garden with over 65lbs of tomatoes and after
creating and cooking everything with tomatoes
there were still more tomatoes, so she thought,
"I should can these." This opened a whole new
world of delight and she thought what else can
I "can", hence the birth of A Little Bliss.
Experimenting and creating an eclectic flavor
palette was what she desired. She wanted to
create jars of jam that no one had ever tasted.
Now you all can be a part of her dreams and
creation of yummy flavors that play well
together on your palette. Come out to the
Farmers Market for a sample and take a jar or
two home to share with your loved ones or just
yourself. We look forward to seeing you out
there.
Chef Tracy founded A Little Bliss in the fall of
2010. Before she created her first jam, she
vowed to only use the finest ingredients, and
prepare each jar with an infusion of passion
and creativity. Critics have been raving ever
since. Neighbors agree. A Little Bliss is
California's best.
